Water outage update
Southern Water are actively working to resolve a technical fault that is currently impacting our water supply and the surrounding area.
We are operating with a reduced service at Lime Wood due to the limited water availability and will be in touch if your booking is impacted, we are able to offer a near normal service to hotel guests.
Resident guests will be able to shower, use hand wash and flush loos throughout bedrooms as well as the bathrooms on the ground floor.
This is still a limited supply and to be used sparingly. The main pool is out of action and the steam room has been closed.

Southern Water Update

We continue to work hard to restore supplies to Southampton, Eastleigh, Romsey and the New Forest.
Overnight our teams have fixed the problem at the Testwood Water Supply Works and restarted the site. We're now filling up the reservoir again with drinking water, ready to restore supply. This is a gradual process which must be done carefully and safely, but customers will start to be reconnected later today.
