Herb House Spa
Herb House Spa is a spa dedicated to natural well-being and inspired by its forest surroundings. Herb House instills a sense of calm, well-being and serenity – it’s the perfect chilling retreat.
Designed over three levels, Herb House has a Sauna and indoor Hydro Pool with stunning forest views, a Mud House, a steaming outdoor Hot Pool, eight spacious single treatment rooms and two magnificent double treatment rooms – the perfect place to escape from the world in the heart of the New Forest.
If that’s not enough there’s a state of the art rooftop gym with the very latest Technogym equipment, a 16 metre ozone treated indoor lap pool with glass doors overlooking the garden, and Hands and Feet room for manis and pedis and a workout studio offering an extensive range of fitness classes.
Cancellation Policy
Treatments and Spa Days can be cancelled up to 72 hours prior to your booking. Please give 72 hours notice if you wish to cancel an appointment or 100% of your treatment cost or Spa Day cost will be charged.
Spa visitors must be 18 or over to book treatments and use the Herb House Spa facilities.
To maintain the serenity and calm of Herb House, we regret that we cannot accept spa day group bookings for more than 4 people.

Weekdays 6.30am – 9pm and Weekends 6.30am – 8pm
Treatments - 10am - 8pm
Little Nippers
Our Herb House Spa is designed primarily for adults, but we’re pleased to welcome children under 18 to swim in the Herb House Lap Pool during specific times.

Other spa facilities, such as the Indoor Hydro Pool, Outdoor Hot Pool, Sauna and Steam Room are for those age 18 and over only.
Guests aged 16 and over are welcome to use the Gym, however those aged 16-17 years old must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18 when using our Gym facilities.
