Angela’s Italian heritage and Luke’s time spent cooking in Italy have always influenced our menus at HH&Co, so it would only be right for us to venture onto Italian soil to bring our own red, white and rosé wine to life, to a small secluded region in the south of Tuscany, the Maremma, just 1.5 hours from Rome, it is an area with great wine-making potential that is fast becoming known for its high-quality wines.
In this one-off Pop Up, Angela will be hosting and cooking up a menu of her Tuscan classics, each course to be paired with wines from Tenuta Fertuna. Angela and Luke visited the vineyard to blend these special wines with the winemaker, and their relaxed style and zest for life can be enjoyed in every glass.
So, join Angela, Luke, the HH&Co team and Gabriella Gregori and Gaddo Castelli from Tenuta Fertuna on this special evening in the Forest.
