We love starting our day with a refreshing smoothie, they are extremely filling and are an easy way to make sure you are getting your 5 a day. If you are missing your favourite smoothies from Raw & Cured or are stuck for smoothie inspiration, we have 3 easy smoothie recipes that are full of nutrients, vitamins and all other goodness to spice up your morning!
Classic Banana smoothie
You’ll need:
- 2 bananas
- 4 stalks of celery
- 1 apple cut into quarters
- 3 handfuls of spinach
- 1/2 cucumber, cut in half
- 1 1/2 cup of coconut water
Add ice and blend in a high-speed blender.

Vitamin C packed Orange smoothie
You’ll need:
- 2 oranges, peeled and cut into quarters
- 7 kale leaves, stems removed
- 1 1/2 cup of water or coconut water
- 1 green apple, cut in quarters
- Handful of berries
Add ice and blend in a high-speed blender.

Tropical Pineapple smoothie
You’ll need:
- 1 cup pineapple (frozen is okay)
- 1 pint of berries
- 3 handfuls of your favourite dark greens (kale, spinach, chard)
- 1 to 1 1/2 cups of water or coconut water
Add ice and blend in a high-speed blender.
